2 Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.
6 And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the least among the princes of Juda: for out of thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel.
3 For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet Esaias, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.
6 And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.
18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before before they came together, she was found with child child child of the Holy Ghost.
21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.
8 For the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath day.
2 Why do thy disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? for they wash not their hands when they eat bread.
13 And when they were departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him.
20 Saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and go into the land of Israel: for they are dead which sought the young child's life.
8 But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren.
9 And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.
5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
2 And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it.
5 And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified.
6 He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.
15 And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him.
10 Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.
17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
18 And Jesus, walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.
18 For verily I say unto you, Till Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till till all be fulfilled.
20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.
16 Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, you, They have their reward.
29 For he taught taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.
13 But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
21 For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.
24 He said unto them, Give place: for the maid is not dead, but sleepeth. And they laughed him to scorn.
23 But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another: for verily I say unto you, Ye shall not have gone over the cities of Israel, till the Son of man be come.
35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
10 For this is he, of whom it is written, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee.
30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
40 For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.
50 For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.
15 For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.
17 For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.
27 And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters' table.
25 For whosoever whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.
27 For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works.
15 Lord, have mercy on my son: for he is lunatick, and sore vexed: for ofttimes he falleth into the fire, and oft into the water.
20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
10 Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.
11 For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost.
20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
14 But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.
16 And they sent out unto him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Master, we know that thou art true, and teachest the way of God in truth, truth, neither carest thou for any man: for thou regardest not the person of men.
10 Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ.
39 For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.
27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
42 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:
10 When Jesus understood it, he said unto them, Why trouble ye ye the woman? for she hath wrought a good work upon me.
11 For ye have the poor always with you; but me ye have not always.
12 For in that she she hath poured this ointment on my body, she did it for my burial.
28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
31 Then saith Jesus unto them, All ye shall be offended because of me me this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered abroad.
43 And he came and found them asleep again: for their eyes were heavy.
52 Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword.
18 For he knew that for envy they had delivered him.
19 When he was set down on the judgment seat, his wife sent unto him, saying, saying, Have thou nothing to do with that just man: for I have suffered many things this day in a dream because of him.
23 And the governor said, Why, what evil hath he done? But they cried out the more, saying, Let him be crucified.
43 He trusted in God; let him deliver him now, if he will have him: for he said, said, I am the Son of God.
8 For he said unto him, Come out of the man, thou unclean spirit.
3 And if I send them away fasting to their own houses, they will faint by the way: for divers of them came from far.
16 Now as he walked by the sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew his brother casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.
22 And they were astonished at his doctrine: for he taught taught them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes.
38 And he said unto them, Let us go into the next towns, that I may preach there also: for therefore came I forth.
6 For many shall come in my name, saying, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
9 But take heed heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them.
7 For ye have the poor with you always, and whensoever ye will ye may do them good: but me ye have not always.
15 And it came to pass, that, as Jesus sat at meat in his house, many publicans and sinners sat also together with Jesus and his disciples: for there were many, and they followed him.
10 For he had healed many; insomuch that they pressed upon him for to touch him, as many as had plagues.
21 And when his friends heard of it, they went out to lay hold on him: for they said, said, He is beside himself.
35 For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother.
28 For she said, If If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.
14 And king Herod heard of him; for his name was spread abroad: and he said, That John the Baptist was risen from the dead, and therefore mighty works do shew forth themselves in him.
31 And he said unto them, Come ye yourselves apart apart into a desert place, and rest a while: for there were many coming and going, and they had no leisure so much as to eat.
48 And he saw them toiling in rowing; for the wind was contrary unto them: and about the fourth watch of the night he cometh unto them, walking upon the sea, and would have passed by them.
50 For they all saw him, and were troubled. And immediately he talked with them, and saith unto them, Be of good cheer: it is I; be not afraid.
25 For a certain woman, whose young daughter had an unclean spirit, heard of him, and came and fell at his feet:
27 But Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it unto the dogs.
28 And she answered and said unto him, Yes, Lord: yet the dogs under the table eat of the children's crumbs.
35 For whosoever whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it.
38 Whosoever Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.
31 For he taught his disciples, and said unto them, them, The Son of man is delivered into the hands of men, and they shall kill him; and after that he is killed, he shall rise the third day.
39 But Jesus said, Forbid him not: for there is no man which shall do a miracle in my name, that can lightly speak evil of me.
41 For whosoever shall give you a cup of water to drink in my name, because ye belong to Christ, verily I say unto you, he shall not lose his reward.
14 But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.
27 And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.
45 For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.
13 And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply he might find any thing thereon: thereon: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not yet.
18 And the scribes and chief priests heard it, and sought how they might destroy him: for they feared him, because all the people was astonished at his doctrine.
23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
12 And they sought to lay hold on him, but feared the people: for they knew that he had spoken the parable against them: and they left him, and went their way.
14 And when they were come, they say unto him, Master, we know that thou art true, and and carest carest for no man: for thou regardest not the person of men, but teachest the way of God in truth: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?
36 For David himself said by the Holy Ghost, The LORD said to my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool. footstool.
40 And when he returned, he found them asleep again, again, for their eyes were heavy, neither wist they what to answer him.
56 For many bare false witness against him, but their witness agreed not not together.
10 For he knew that the chief priests had delivered him for envy.
14 Then Pilate said unto them, Why, what evil hath he done? And they cried out the more exceedingly, Crucify him.
8 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.
