4 Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias.
3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?
8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.
9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.
4 Saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? see thou to that.
15 And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him.
23 But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came and besought him, saying, Send her away; for she crieth after us.
31 And the multitude rebuked them, because they should hold their peace: but they cried the more, saying, Have mercy on us, O Lord, thou Son of David.
25 The baptism of John, whence was it? from heaven, or of men? And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven; he will say unto us, Why did ye not then believe him?
25 Now there were with us seven brethren: and the first, when he had married a wife, deceased, and, having no issue, left his wife unto his brother:
63 But Jesus held his peace. And the high priest answered and said unto him, I adjure thee by the living God, that thou tell us whether thou be the Christ, the Son of God.
3 Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him.
38 And John answered him, saying, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name, and he followeth not us: and we forbad him, because he followeth not us.
37 They said unto him, Grant unto us that we may sit, one on thy right hand, and the other on thy left hand, in thy glory.
6 But and if we say, Of men; all the people will stone us: for they be persuaded that John was a prophet.
16 And there came a fear on all: and they glorified God, saying, That a great prophet is risen up among us; and, That God hath visited his people.
49 And John answered and said, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name; and we forbad him, because he followeth not with us.
17 And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name.
14 But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over us.
67 Art thou the Christ? tell us. And he said unto them, If I tell you, ye will not believe:
18 And they cried out all at once, saying, Away with this man, and release unto us Barabbas:
39 And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him, saying, If thou be Christ, save thyself and us.
24 And certain of them which were with us went to the sepulchre, and found it even so as the women had said: but him they saw not.
4 And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us.
7 And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe.
5 And when we had accomplished those days, we departed and went our way; and they all brought us on our way, with wives and children, till we were out of the city: and we kneeled down down on the shore, and prayed.
9 And there arose a great cry: and the scribes that were of the Pharisees' part arose, and strove, saying, We find no evil in this man: but if a spirit or an angel hath spoken to him, let us not fight against God.
2 And entering into a ship of Adramyttium, we launched, meaning to sail by the coasts of Asia; one Aristarchus, a Macedonian of Thessalonica, being with us.
7 And when we had sailed slowly slowly many days, and scarce were come over against Cnidus, the wind not suffering us, we sailed under Crete, over against Salmone;
2 And the barbarous people shewed us no little kindness: for they kindled a fire, and received us every one, because of the present rain, and because of the cold.
12 And when Peter saw it, he answered unto the people, Ye men of Israel, why marvel ye at this? or why look ye so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk?
27 But he that did his neighbour wrong thrust him away, saying, Who made thee a ruler and a judge over us?
15 And as I began to speak, the Holy Ghost fell on them, as as on us at the beginning.
11 And when the people saw what Paul had done, they lifted up their voices, saying in the speech of Lycaonia, The gods are come down to us in the likeness of men.
10 And after he had seen the vision, immediately we endeavoured to go into Macedonia, assuredly gathering that the Lord had called us for to preach the gospel unto them.
15 And when she was baptized, and her household, she besought us, saying, If ye have judged me to be faithful to the Lord, come into my house, and abide there. And she constrained us.
16 And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying:
37 But Paul said unto them, They have beaten us openly uncondemned, being Romans, Romans, and have cast us into prison; and now do they thrust us out privily? nay verily; but let them come themselves and fetch us out.
14 And when he met with us at Assos, we took him in, and came to Mitylene.
17 And when we were come to Jerusalem, the brethren received us gladly.
18 And the day following Paul went in with us unto James; and all the elders were present.
5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
12 The night is far spent, spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.
6 And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think of men above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another.
14 And God hath both raised up the Lord, and will also raise up us by his own power.
7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.
7 And not by his coming only, but but by the consolation wherewith he was comforted in you, when he told us your earnest desire, your mourning, your fervent mind toward me; so that I rejoiced the more.
21 Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God;
14 Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.
18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
19 And not that only, but who was also chosen of the churches to travel with us with this grace, which is administered by us to the glory of the same Lord, and declaration of your ready mind:
4 And that because of false brethren unawares brought in, who came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage:
9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
6 But now when Timotheus came from you unto us, and brought us good tidings of your faith and charity, and that ye have good remembrance of us always, desiring greatly to see us, as we also to see you:
8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.
17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?
3 That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.
7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.
