15 Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.
12 But I say unto you, That Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them.
13 And if so be that he find it, verily I say unto you, you, he rejoiceth more of that sheep, than of the ninety and nine which went not astray.
28 And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
45 And when the chief priests and Pharisees had heard his parables, they perceived that he spake of them.
34 Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, That this this night, before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice.
16 And when the scribes and Pharisees saw him eat with publicans and sinners, they said unto his disciples, How is it that he eateth and drinketh with publicans and sinners?
29 And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's,
30 And Jesus saith unto him, Verily I say unto thee, That this day, even in this night, before the cock crow twice, thou shalt deny me thrice.
4 And Jesus answered him, him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.
51 Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division:
24 For I say unto you, That none of those men which were bidden shall taste of my supper.
29 And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, you, There is no man that hath left house, or parents, or brethren, or wife, or children, for the kingdom of God's sake,
14 But when the husbandmen saw him, they reasoned among themselves, saying, This is the heir: come, let us kill him, that the inheritance may be ours.
34 And he said, I tell thee, Peter, the cock shall not crow this day, before that thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest me.
37 For I say unto you, that this that is written must yet be accomplished in me, And he was reckoned among the transgressors: for the things concerning me have an end.
7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.
11 Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness.
19 The woman saith unto him, Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet.
65 And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father.
26 But, lo, he speaketh boldly, and they say nothing unto him. Do the rulers know indeed indeed that this is the very Christ?
27 They understood not that he spake to them of the Father.
17 They say unto the blind man again, What sayest thou of him, that he hath opened thine eyes? He said, said, He is a prophet.
34 The people answered him, We have heard out of the law that Christ abideth for ever: and how sayest thou, thou, The Son of man must be lifted up? who is this Son of man?
18 I speak not of you all: I know whom I have chosen: but that the scripture may be fulfilled, He that eateth bread with me hath lifted up his heel against me.
19 Now I tell you before it come, that, when it is come to pass, ye may believe that I am he.
20 Verily, verily, I say unto you, That ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy.
23 And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.
26 At that day ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you:
24 They said therefore among themselves, Let us not rend it, but cast lots for it, whose it shall be: that the scripture might be fulfilled, which saith, They parted my raiment among them, and for my vesture they did cast lots. These things things therefore the soldiers did.
28 After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst.
