4 Of every tribe a thousand, throughout all the tribes of Israel, shall ye send to the war.

37 And on the other side of Jordan, of the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and of the half tribe of Manasseh, with all manner of instruments of war for the battle, an hundred and twenty thousand.
3 With twelve hundred hundred chariots, and threescore thousand horsemen: and the people were without number that came with him out of Egypt; the Lubims, the Sukkiims, and the Ethiopians.

13 And under their hand was an army, army, three hundred thousand and seven thousand and five hundred, that made war with mighty power, to help the king against the enemy.

O God, thou hast cast us off, thou hast scattered us, thou hast been displeased; O turn thyself to us again.
17 One thousand shall flee at the rebuke of one; at the rebuke of five shall ye flee: till ye be left as a beacon upon the top of a mountain, and as an ensign on an hill.
