Numbers 8:8

⁸ Then let them take a young young bullock with his meat offering, even fine flour mingled with oil, and another young young bullock shalt thou take for a sin offering.

Numbers 15:4

⁴ Then shall he that offereth his offering unto the LORD bring a meat offering of a tenth deal of flour mingled with the fourth part of an hin of oil.
