new testament

one

5 And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be be one flesh?
6 Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.
24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot cannot serve God and mammon.
26 And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:
11 And he said unto them, What man shall there be among you, that shall have one sheep, and if it fall into a pit on the sabbath day, will he not lay hold on it, and lift it out?
29 Or else how can one enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? and then he will spoil his house.
12 How think ye? if a man have an hundred sheep, and one of them be gone astray, doth he not leave the ninety and nine, and goeth into the mountains, and seeketh that which is gone astray?
15 And unto one he gave five talents, talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey.
24 Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed:
41 And they feared exceedingly, exceedingly, and said one to another, What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?
8 For I also am a man set under authority, having under me soldiers, and I say unto one, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.
4 What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it?
22 And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it.
14 I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.
8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.
50 Nor consider that it is expedient for us, that one man should die for the people, and that the whole nation perish not.
14 Now Caiaphas was he, which gave counsel to the Jews, that it was expedient that one man should die for the people.
9 But there was a certain man, called Simon, which beforetime in the same city used sorcery, and bewitched the people of Samaria, giving out that himself was some great one:
12 And one Ananias, a devout man according to the law, having a good report of all the Jews which dwelt there,
17 Then Paul called one of the centurions unto him, and said, Bring this young man unto the chief captain: for he hath a certain thing to tell him.
7 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.
5 One man esteemeth one day above another: another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.
15 But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.
16 And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification.
17 For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.
18 Therefore Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.
19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.
8 Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour.
5 I speak to your shame. shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between between his brethren?
7 For I would that all men were even as I myself. But every man hath his proper gift of God, one after this manner, and another after that.
11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.
17 But as God hath distributed to every man, as the Lord hath called every one, so let him walk. And so ordain I in all churches.
11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.
27 If any man speak in an unknown tongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret.
2 I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, ago, whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth; such an one caught up to the third heaven.
1 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.
15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one one new man, so making peace;
31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one one flesh.
5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
9 Let not a widow be taken into the number under threescore years old, having been the wife of one man,
6 But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him?
12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;
16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
