18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before before they came together, she was found with child child child of the Holy Ghost.
3 And said unto him, Art thou he that should come, or do we look for another?
17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
18 For verily I say unto you, Till Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till till all be fulfilled.
15 Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.
37 He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
22 But I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the day of judgment, than for you.
24 But I say unto you, That it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom in the day of judgment, than for thee.
14 And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets.
25 He saith, Yes. And when he was come into the house, Jesus prevented him, saying, What thinkest thou, Simon? of whom do the kings of the earth take custom or tribute? of their own children, or of strangers?
13 And if so be that he find it, verily I say unto you, you, he rejoiceth more of that sheep, than of the ninety and nine which went not astray.
20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
24 And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.
29 And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.
17 Tell us therefore, What thinkest thou? Is it lawful to give tribute unto Caesar, or not?
23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.
37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
44 Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?
53 Thinkest thou that I cannot cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels?
17 Therefore when they were gathered together, Pilate said unto them, Whom will ye that I release unto you? Barabbas, or Jesus which is called Christ?
4 And he saith unto them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath days, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? But they held their peace.
33 And he answered them, saying, Who is my mother, or my brethren?
21 And he said unto them, Is a candle brought to be put under a bushel, or under a bed? and not to be set on a candlestick?
30 And he said, Whereunto shall we liken the kingdom of God? or with what comparison shall we compare it?
11 And whosoever whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear you, when ye depart thence, shake off the dust under your feet for a testimony against them. Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.
56 And whithersoever he entered, into villages, or cities, or country, they laid the sick in the streets, and besought him that they might touch if it were but the border of his garment: and as many as touched him were made whole.
29 And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's,
30 The baptism of John, was it from heaven, or of men? answer me.
14 And when they were come, they say unto him, Master, we know that thou art true, and and carest carest for no man: for thou regardest not the person of men, but teachest the way of God in truth: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?
15 Shall we give, or shall we not give? But he, knowing their hypocrisy, said unto them, Why tempt ye me? bring me a penny, that I may see it.
21 And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not:
30 And Jesus saith unto him, Verily I say unto thee, That this day, even in this night, before the cock crow twice, thou shalt deny me thrice.
9 Then said Jesus unto them, I will ask you one thing; Is it lawful on the sabbath days to do good, or to do evil? to save life, or to destroy it?
7 I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need need no repentance.
26 And it was revealed unto him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lord's Christ.
2 And spake unto him, saying, Tell us, by what authority doest thou these things? or who is he that gave thee this authority?
19 And John calling unto him two of his disciples sent them to Jesus, saying, Art thou he that should come? or look we for another?
20 When the men were come unto him, they said, John Baptist hath sent us unto thee, saying, Art thou he that should come? or look we for another?
13 But he said unto them, Give ye them to eat. And they said, We have no no more but five loaves and two fishes; except we should go and buy meat for all this people.
12 But I say unto you, that it shall be more tolerable in that day for Sodom, than for that city.
14 And he said unto him, Man, who made me a judge or a divider over you?
41 Then Peter said unto him, Lord, speakest thou this parable unto us, or even to all?
51 Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division:
15 The Lord then answered him, and said, Thou hypocrite, doth not each one of you on the sabbath loose his ox or his ass from the stall, and lead him away to watering?
12 Then said he also to him that bade him, When thou makest a dinner or a supper, call not thy friends, nor thy brethren, neither thy kinsmen, nor thy rich neighbours; lest they also bid thee again, and a recompence be made thee.
14 I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.
29 And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, you, There is no man that hath left house, or parents, or brethren, or wife, or children, for the kingdom of God's sake,
27 For whether is greater, he that sitteth at meat, or he that serveth? is not he that sitteth at meat? but I am among among you as he that serveth.
34 And he said, I tell thee, Peter, the cock shall not crow this day, before that thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest me.
68 And if I also ask you, ye will not answer me, nor let me go.
1 When therefore the Lord knew how the Pharisees had heard that Jesus made and baptized more disciples than John,
2 And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind?
27 And upon this came his disciples, and marvelled that he talked with the woman: yet no man said, What seekest thou? or, Why talkest thou with her?
19 So when they had rowed about five and twenty or thirty furlongs, they see Jesus walking on the sea, and drawing nigh unto the ship: and they were afraid.
17 If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.
48 Have any of the rulers or of the Pharisees believed on him?
10 Jesus saith to him, He that is washed needeth not not save to wash his feet, but is clean every whit: and ye are clean, but not all.
29 For some of them thought, because Judas had the bag, that Jesus had said unto him, Buy those things that we have need of against the feast; or, that he should give something to the poor.
34 Jesus answered him, Sayest thou this thing of thyself, or did others tell it thee of me?
7 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.
8 But I said, Not so, Lord: for nothing common or unclean hath at any time entered into my mouth.
20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come:
49 Heaven is my throne, and earth is my footstool: footstool: what house will ye build me? saith the Lord: or what is the place of my rest?
14 But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean.
35 I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.
3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
7 Or, Who shall descend into the deep? that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.
29 Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:
35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
34 For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor?
35 Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again?
10 But why dost thou judge thy brother? or or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.
5 Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but but ministers by whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to every man?
13 Is Christ divided? divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul?
16 What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one one flesh.
10 Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope.
22 Do we provoke provoke the Lord to jealousy? are we stronger than than he?
27 Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.
37 If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord.
5 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?
15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
5 He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
10 For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.
5 For this ye know, know, that no no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.
20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
12 Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.
17 And whatsoever ye do do in word or or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
19 For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Are not even ye in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at his coming?
6 But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him?
15 For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, will, we shall live, and do this, or that.
11 Searching what, what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow. follow.
4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
