sin

21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.
31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.
7 Why doth this man thus speak blasphemies? who can forgive sins but God only?
4 And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.
29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.
8 And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:
9 Of sin, sin, because they believe not on me;
34 Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.
46 Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me?
41 Jesus said unto them, If ye were blind, ye should have no sin: but now ye say, say, We see; therefore your sin remaineth.
22 If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloke for their sin.
24 If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.
11 Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power at all against against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin.
60 And he kneeled down, down, and cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin to their charge. And when he had said this, he fell asleep.
9 What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin;
8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.
1 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
2 God forbid. forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.
5 For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death.
7 What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.
8 But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead.
9 For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died.
2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
13 For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.
20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:
10 For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.
11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.
13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.
14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
17 But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.
18 Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.
20 For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness.
22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.
23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
11 For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it slew me.
13 Was then that which is good made death unto me? God forbid. forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment might become exceeding exceeding sinful.
14 For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.
17 Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
20 Now if I do that I would not, it is no more more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.
25 I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.
10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.
23 And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.
56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
17 But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid. forbid.
22 But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.
1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;
3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
24 Some men's sins are open beforehand, going before to judgment; and and some men they follow after.
6 In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure.
8 Above when he said, said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law;
1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
4 Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.
13 But exhort one another daily, daily, daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
15 For we have not an high priest which cannot cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
26 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.
28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear appear the second time without sin unto salvation.
18 Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.
26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
25 Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures pleasures of sin for a season;
11 For the bodies of those beasts, whose blood is brought into the sanctuary by the high priest for sin, are burned without the camp.
9 But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors.
15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.
17 Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.
1 Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;
22 Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth:
24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
14 Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children:
7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
5 And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.
8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot cannot sin, because he is born of God.
16 If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it.
17 All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death.
5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.
