Genesis 9:14

14 And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud:

Deuteronomy 31:15

Ezekiel 1:4

4 And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness was about it, and out of the midst thereof as the colour of amber, out of the midst of the fire.

Ezekiel 1:28
