2 Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did eat nothing: nothing: and when they were ended, he afterward hungered.

7 Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why why cumbereth it the ground?
2 And he called him, and said unto him, How is it that I hear this of thee? give an account of thy stewardship; for thou mayest be no longer steward.
3 Then the steward said within himself, What shall I do? for my lord taketh away from me the stewardship: I cannot cannot dig; to beg I am ashamed.
37 And she was a widow of about fourscore and four years, which departed not from the temple, but served God with fastings and prayers night and day.
9 But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by.

48 He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock.

15 And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.
17 And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits?
33 Sell that ye have, and give alms; provide yourselves bags which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth not, where no thief approacheth, neither moth corrupteth.
39 And this know, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, come, he would have watched, and and not have suffered his house to be broken through.
40 Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not.
46 The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers.
56 Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time?
57 Yea, and why even of yourselves judge ye not what is right?
15 The Lord then answered him, and said, Thou hypocrite, doth not each one of you on the sabbath loose his ox or his ass from the stall, and lead him away to watering?
16 And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen eighteen eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day?
21 It is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.
24 Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.
25 When once once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:
27 But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity.
34 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent unto thee; how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen doth gather her brood under her wings, and ye would not!
14 And thou shalt be blessed; for they cannot cannot recompense thee: for thou shalt be recompensed at the resurrection of the just.
20 And another said, I have married a wife, and therefore I cannot cannot come.
26 If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot cannot be my disciple.
27 And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot cannot be my disciple.
30 Saying, This This man began to build, and was not able to finish.
33 So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, hath, he cannot cannot be my disciple.
13 And not many days after the younger son gathered all together, and took his journey into a far country, and there wasted his substance with riotous living.
28 And he was angry, and would not go in: therefore came his father out, and intreated him.
11 If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches?
12 And if ye have not been faithful in that which is another man's, who shall give you that which is your own?
13 No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot cannot serve God and mammon.
31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

22 And he saith unto him, Out of thine own mouth will I judge thee, thou wicked servant. Thou knewest that I was an austere man, taking up that I laid not down, and reaping that I did not sow:
23 Wherefore then gavest not thou my money into the bank, that at my coming I might have required mine own with usury?
22 Is it lawful for us to give tribute unto Caesar, or no?
31 And the third took her; and in like manner the seven also: and they left no children, and died.
38 For he is not a God of the dead, but of the living: for all live unto him.
