16 Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, you, They have their reward.
16 And they sent out unto him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Master, we know that thou art true, and teachest the way of God in truth, truth, neither carest thou for any man: for thou regardest not the person of men.
13 But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.
31 For he taught his disciples, and said unto them, them, The Son of man is delivered into the hands of men, and they shall kill him; and after that he is killed, he shall rise the third day.
32 But if we shall say, Of men; they feared the people: for all men counted John, that he was a prophet indeed.
14 And when they were come, they say unto him, Master, we know that thou art true, and and carest carest for no man: for thou regardest not the person of men, but teachest the way of God in truth: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?
21 For I feared thee, because thou art an austere man: thou takest up that thou layedst not down, and reapest that thou didst not sow.
25 And And needed needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.
30 The man answered and said unto them, Why herein herein is a marvellous thing, that ye know not from whence he is, and yet he hath opened mine eyes.
16 Saying, What shall we do to these men? for that indeed a notable miracle hath been done by them is manifest to all them that dwell in Jerusalem; and we cannot cannot deny it.
1 Know ye not, brethren, for for I speak to them that know the law, how that the law hath dominion over a man as long as he he liveth?
5 For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them.
9 For I think that God hath set forth us the apostles last, as it were appointed to death: for we are made a spectacle unto the world, and to angels, and to men.
14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
10 For therefore therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.
7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
