25 And she came in straightway with haste unto the king, and asked, saying, I will that thou give me by and by in a charger the head of John the Baptist.
26 And the king was exceeding sorry; yet for his oath's sake, and for their sakes which sat with him, he would not reject her.

54 And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did?
24 For I tell you, that many prophets and kings have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.
29 But he, willing to justify himself, said unto Jesus, And who is my neighbour?
49 I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled?
31 The same same day there came certain of the Pharisees, saying unto him, Get thee out, and depart hence: for Herod will kill thee.
34 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent unto thee; how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen doth gather her brood under her wings, and ye would not!
28 And he was angry, and would not go in: therefore came his father out, and intreated him.
26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.
13 And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.

67 Then said Jesus unto the twelve, twelve, Will ye also go away?
44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
27 He answered them, I have told you already, and ye did not hear: wherefore would ye hear it again? will will ye also be his disciples?
21 The same came therefore to Philip, which was of Bethsaida of Galilee, and desired him, saying, Sir, we would see Jesus.
