eyes

gospels

8 And when they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no man, save Jesus only.
9 And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire.
29 Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.
30 And their eyes were opened; and Jesus straitly charged them, saying, See that no man know it.
15 For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.
16 But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear.
33 They say unto him, Lord, that our eyes may be opened.
34 So Jesus had compassion on them, and touched their eyes: and immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed him.
42 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?
43 And he came and found them asleep again: for their eyes were heavy.
18 Having eyes, see ye not? and having ears, hear ye not? and do ye not remember?
23 And he took the blind man by the hand, and led him out of the town; and when he had spit on his eyes, and put his hands upon him, he asked him if he saw ought.
25 After that he put his hands again upon his eyes, and made him look up: and he was restored, and saw every man clearly.
47 And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out: it is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire:
11 This was the Lord's doing, doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?
40 And when he returned, he found them asleep again, again, for their eyes were heavy, neither wist they what to answer him.
30 For mine eyes have seen thy salvation,
20 And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him.
20 And he lifted up his eyes on his disciples, and said, Blessed be ye poor: for yours is the kingdom of God.
23 And he turned him unto his disciples, and said privately, privately, Blessed are the eyes which see the things that ye see:
23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
13 And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.
42 Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes.
16 But their eyes were holden that they should not know him.
31 And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished vanished out of their sight.
5 When Jesus then lifted up his eyes, and saw saw a great company come unto him, he saith unto Philip, Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat?
6 When he had thus spoken, he spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle, and he anointed anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay,
1 These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee:

10 Therefore said they unto him, How were thine eyes opened?
11 He answered and said, A man that is called Jesus made clay, and anointed mine eyes, and said unto me, Go to the pool of Siloam, and wash: and I went and washed, and I received sight.
14 And it was the sabbath day when Jesus made the clay, and opened his eyes.
15 Then again the Pharisees also asked him how he had received his sight. sight. He said unto them, He put clay upon mine eyes, and I washed, and do see.
17 They say unto the blind man again, What sayest thou of him, that he hath opened thine eyes? He said, said, He is a prophet.
21 But by what means he now seeth, we know not; or who hath opened his eyes, we know not: he is of age; ask him: he shall speak for himself.
26 Then said they to him again, What did he to thee? how opened he thine eyes?
30 The man answered and said unto them, Why herein herein is a marvellous thing, that ye know not from whence he is, and yet he hath opened mine eyes.
32 Since the world began was it not heard that any man opened the eyes of one that was born blind.
21 Others said, These are not the words of him that hath a devil. Can Can a devil open the eyes of the blind?
37 And some of them said, Could not this man, which opened the eyes of the blind, have caused that even this man should not have died?
41 Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me.
40 He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them.
