9 And I say unto you, you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.
4 For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men's shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers.
16 No man putteth a piece of new cloth unto an old garment, for that which is put in to fill it up taketh taketh from the garment, and the rent is made worse.
18 And ye shall be brought before governors and and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles.
19 When he was set down on the judgment seat, his wife sent unto him, saying, saying, Have thou nothing to do with that just man: for I have suffered many things this day in a dream because of him.
9 But take heed heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them.
39 But Jesus said, Forbid him not: for there is no man which shall do a miracle in my name, that can lightly speak evil of me.
22 And he was sad at that saying, and went away grieved: for he had had great possessions.
14 And when they were come, they say unto him, Master, we know that thou art true, and and carest carest for no man: for thou regardest not the person of men, but teachest the way of God in truth: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?
4 And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor nor regard man;
8 And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.
48 He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock.
44 And he turned to the woman, and said unto Simon, Seest thou this woman? I entered into thine house, thou gavest me no water for my feet: but she she hath washed my feet with tears, and wiped them with the hairs of her head.
13 They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away.
62 And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, back, is fit for the kingdom of God.
12 But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake.
23 But woe unto them that are with child, child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people.
38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
21 So when they had further threatened them, they let them go, finding nothing how they might punish them, because of the people: for all men glorified God for that which was done.
16 For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.
24 Then answered Simon, and said, Pray ye to the Lord for me, that none of these things which ye have spoken come upon me.
11 And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the street which is called Straight, and enquire in the house of Judas for one called Saul, of Tarsus: for, behold, he prayeth,
21 But all that heard him were amazed, and said; Is not this he that destroyed them which called on this name in Jerusalem, and came hither for that intent, that he might bring them bound unto the chief priests?
11 And now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun for a season. And immediately there fell on him a mist and a darkness; and he went about seeking some to lead him by the hand.
31 Which when they had read, they rejoiced for the consolation.
13 And we went before to ship, and sailed unto Assos, there intending to take in Paul: for so had he appointed, minding himself to go afoot.
38 Sorrowing most of all for the words which he spake, that they should see his face no more. And they accompanied him unto the ship.
35 And when he came upon the stairs, so it was, that he was borne of the soldiers for the violence of the people.
30 And when it was told me how that the Jews laid wait wait wait for the man, I sent straightway to thee, and gave commandment to his accusers also to say before thee what they had against him. Farewell.
5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.
22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
19 For your obedience is come abroad unto all men. I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would have you wise unto that which is good, good, and simple concerning evil.
13 Therefore we were comforted in your comfort: yea, and exceedingly the more joyed we for the joy of Titus, because his spirit was refreshed by you all.
27 For indeed he was sick nigh unto death: but God had mercy on him; and not on him only, but on me also, lest I should have sorrow upon sorrow.
12 Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.
16 Forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they might be saved, to fill up their sins alway: for the wrath is come upon them to the uttermost.
16 But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.
10 For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness.
20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,
12 For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.
14 If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified.
