28 And say unto him, By what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority to do these things?
29 And Jesus answered and said unto them, I will also ask of you one question, and answer me, and I will tell you by what authority I do these things.
33 And they answered and said unto Jesus, We cannot tell. And Jesus answering saith unto them, Neither do I tell you by what authority I do these things.

30 I can of mine own self do nothing: nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.
26 But, lo, he speaketh boldly, and they say nothing unto him. Do the rulers know indeed indeed that this is the very Christ?
31 And many of the people believed on him, and said, said, When Christ cometh, will he do do more miracles than these which this man hath done?

9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;
17 And whatsoever ye do do in word or or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
23 And whatsoever whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;
24 Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.
