3 As for Saul, he made havock of the church, entering into every house, and haling haling men and women committed them to prison.
4 Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.
1 And Paul, earnestly beholding the council, said, Men and brethren, I have lived in all good conscience before God until this day.
6 But when Paul perceived that the one part were Sadducees, and the other Pharisees, he cried out in the council, Men and brethren, I am a Pharisee, the son of a Pharisee: of the hope and resurrection of the dead I am called in question.
4 But But Festus answered, that Paul should be kept at Caesarea, and that he himself would depart depart shortly thither.
16 Then Paul stood up, and beckoning with his hand said, Men of Israel, and ye that fear God, give audience.
50 But the Jews stirred up the devout and honourable women, and the chief men of the city, and raised persecution against Paul and Barnabas, and expelled them out of their coasts.
11 And when the people saw what Paul had done, they lifted up their voices, saying in the speech of Lycaonia, The gods are come down to us in the likeness of men.
12 And they called Barnabas, Barnabas, Jupiter; and Paul, Mercurius, because he was the chief speaker.
22 Then Paul stood in the midst of Mars' hill, and said, Ye men of Athens, I perceive that in all things ye are too superstitious.
14 And when Paul was now about to open his mouth, Gallio said unto the Jews, If If it were a matter of wrong or wicked lewdness, O ye Jews, reason reason would that I should bear with you:
39 But Paul said, I am am a man which am a Jew of Tarsus, a city in Cilicia, a citizen of no mean city: and, I beseech thee, suffer me to speak unto the people.
21 But after long abstinence abstinence Paul stood forth in the midst of them, and said, Sirs, Sirs, ye should should have hearkened unto me, and not have loosed from Crete, and to have gained this harm and loss.
17 And it came to pass, that after three days Paul called the chief chief of the Jews together: and when they were come together, he said unto them, Men and brethren, though I have committed nothing against the people, or customs of our fathers, yet was I delivered prisoner from Jerusalem into the hands of the Romans.
4 For while one saith, I I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal?
12 Now this I say, that every one of you saith, I I am of Paul; and I of Apollos; and I of Cephas; and I of Christ.
