1 And Saul was consenting unto his death. And at that time there was a great persecution against the church which was at Jerusalem; and they were all scattered abroad throughout the regions of Judaea and Samaria, except the apostles.
3 And as he journeyed, journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven:
5 And when they were at Salamis, they preached the word of God in the synagogues of the Jews: and they had also John to their minister.
1 And it came to pass in Iconium, that they went both together into the synagogue of the Jews, and so spake, that a great multitude both of the Jews and also of the Greeks believed.
5 And when there was an assault made both of the Gentiles, and also of the Jews with their rulers, to use them despitefully, and to stone them,
1 And it came to pass, that, while Apollos was was at Corinth, Paul having passed through the upper coasts came to Ephesus: and finding certain disciples,
5 And when we had accomplished those days, we departed and went our way; and they all brought us on our way, with wives and children, till we were out of the city: and we kneeled down down on the shore, and prayed.
6 And it came to pass, that, as I made my journey, and was come nigh unto Damascus about noon, suddenly there shone from heaven a great light round about me.
9 And they that were with me saw indeed the light, and were afraid; but they heard not the voice of him that spake to me.
7 And when we had sailed slowly slowly many days, and scarce were come over against Cnidus, the wind not suffering us, we sailed under Crete, over against Salmone;
6 Howbeit they looked when he should have swollen, or fallen down dead suddenly: but after they had looked a great while, while, and saw no harm come to him, they changed their minds, and said that he was a god.
8 And it came to pass, that the father of Publius lay sick of a fever and of a bloody flux: to whom Paul entered in, and prayed, and laid his hands on him, and healed him.
19 And when he had received meat, he was strengthened. Then was Saul certain days with the disciples which were at Damascus.
26 And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.
28 And there stood up one of them named Agabus, and signified by the Spirit that there should be be great dearth throughout all the world: which came to pass in the days of Claudius Caesar.
26 And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed.
27 And the keeper of the prison awaking out of his sleep, and seeing the prison doors open, he drew out his sword, and would have killed himself, supposing that the prisoners had been fled.
29 Then he called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell down before Paul and Silas,
10 And this continued by the space of two years; so that all they which dwelt in Asia heard the word of the Lord Jesus, both Jews and Greeks.
17 And this was known to all the Jews and Greeks also dwelling at Ephesus; and fear fell on them all, and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified.
21 After these things were ended, Paul purposed in the spirit, when he had passed through Macedonia and Achaia, to go to Jerusalem, saying, After After I have been there, I must also see Rome.
28 And when they heard these sayings, they were full of wrath, and cried out, saying, Great is Diana of the Ephesians.
37 And they all wept wept sore, and fell on Paul's neck, and kissed him,
17 And it came to pass, that, when I was come again to Jerusalem, even while I prayed in the temple, I was in a trance;
29 And Paul said, I would would to God, that not only thou, but also all that hear me this day, were both almost, almost, and altogether altogether such as I am, except these bonds.
36 Then were they they all of good cheer, and they also took some meat.
44 And the rest, some some on boards, and some on broken pieces of the ship. ship. And so it came to pass, that they escaped all safe to land.
32 And be ye kind one to another, another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
12 That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.
