Daniel 8:3

3 Then I lifted up mine eyes, and saw, and, behold, there stood before the river a ram which had two horns: and the two horns were high; but one was higher than the other, and the higher came up last.

20 Then shall stand up in his estate a raiser of taxes in the glory of the kingdom: but within few days he shall be destroyed, neither in anger, nor in battle.

27 And both these kings' hearts shall be to do mischief, mischief, and they shall speak lies at one table; but it shall not prosper: for yet the end shall be at the time appointed.
