² In the fifth day of the month, which was the fifth year of king Jehoiachin's captivity,

¹ And it came to pass in the sixth year, in the sixth month, in the fifth day of the month, as I sat in mine house, and the elders of Judah sat before me, that the hand of the Lord GOD fell there upon me.

¹ And it came to pass in the seventh year, in the fifth month, the tenth day of the month, that certain of the elders of Israel came to enquire of the LORD, and sat before me.

¹ Again in the ninth year, in the tenth month, in the tenth day of the month, the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

¹ And it came to pass in the eleventh eleventh year, in the third month, in the first day of the month, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

¹ And it came to pass in the twelfth twelfth year, in the twelfth month, in the first day of the month, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

¹ In the five and twentieth year of our captivity, in the beginning of the year, in the tenth day of the month, in the fourteenth fourteenth year after that the city was smitten, in the selfsame day the hand of the LORD was upon me, and brought me thither.

¹ Thus saith the Lord GOD; The gate of the inner court that looketh toward the east shall be shut the six working days; but on the sabbath it shall be opened, and in the day of the new moon it shall be opened.

³ Likewise the people of the land shall worship at the door of this gate before the LORD in the sabbaths and in the new moons.

⁶ And in the day of the new moon it shall be a young young bullock without blemish, and six lambs, and a ram: they shall be without blemish.

¹⁷ And it came to pass in the seven and twentieth year, in the first month, in the first day of the month, the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

²⁰ And it came to pass in the eleventh eleventh year, in the first month, in the seventh day of the month, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

¹⁷ It came to pass also in the twelfth twelfth year, in the fifteenth day of the month, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

²¹ And it came to pass in the twelfth twelfth year of our captivity, in the tenth month, in the fifth day of the month, that one that had escaped out of Jerusalem came unto me, saying, The city is smitten.

¹² And seven months shall the house of Israel be burying of them, that they may cleanse the land.

¹⁴ And they shall sever out men of continual employment, passing through the land to bury with the passengers those that remain upon the face of the earth, to cleanse it: after the end of seven months shall they search.

¹⁷ And it shall be the prince's part to give burnt offerings, and meat offerings, and drink offerings, in the feasts, and in the new moons, and in the sabbaths, in all solemnities of the house of Israel: he shall prepare the sin offering, and the meat offering, and the burnt offering, and the peace offerings, to make reconciliation for the house of Israel.

¹⁸ Thus saith the Lord GOD; In the first month, in the first day of the month, thou shalt take a young young bullock without blemish, and cleanse the sanctuary:

²⁰ And so thou shalt do the seventh day of the month for every one that erreth, and for him that is simple: so shall ye reconcile the house.

²¹ In the first month, in the fourteenth fourteenth day of the month, ye shall have the passover, a feast of seven days; unleavened bread shall be eaten.

²⁵ In the seventh month, in the fifteenth fifteenth day of the month, shall he do the like in the feast of the seven days, according to the sin offering, according to the burnt offering, and according to the meat offering, and according to the oil.

¹² And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine.
