13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
5 For our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Ghost, and in much assurance; as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake.
4 But as we were allowed of God to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak; not as pleasing men, but God, which trieth our hearts.
6 Nor of men sought we glory, neither of you, nor yet of others, when we might have been burdensome, burdensome, as the apostles of Christ.
10 For therefore therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.
15 And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned.
22 And of some have compassion, making a difference:
