21 Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.
23 The same same day came to him the Sadducees, which say that there is no resurrection, and asked him,

26 If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot cannot be my disciple.
27 And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot cannot be my disciple.
27 Then came to him certain of the Sadducees, which deny that there is any resurrection; and they asked him,
8 For the Sadducees say that there is no resurrection, neither angel, nor spirit: but the Pharisees confess both.
3 So then then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.
16 That I should be be the minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering up of the Gentiles might be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Ghost.
6 Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted.
5 Therefore I thought it necessary to exhort the brethren, that they would go before unto you, and make up beforehand your bounty, whereof ye had notice before, that the same might be be ready, as a matter of bounty, and not as of covetousness.

7 Desiring to be teachers of the law; law; understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm.
7 For a bishop must be blameless, as the steward of God; not selfwilled, not soon angry, not given to wine, no striker, not given to filthy lucre;
9 Exhort servants to be obedient unto their own masters, and to please them well in all things; not answering again;
26 If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain.
