47 And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
49 And one one of them, named Caiaphas, being the high priest that same year, said unto them, Ye know nothing at all, all,
50 Nor consider that it is expedient for us, that one man should die for the people, and that the whole nation perish not.
2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.
15 But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.
16 And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification.
17 For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.
18 Therefore Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.
19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.
14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one one new man, so making peace;
16 And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: thereby:
18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.
20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.
5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
1 For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year year continually continually make the comers thereunto perfect.
5 Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me:
12 Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.
14 How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
15 And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.
25 Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others;
26 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.
12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;
19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,
21 Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
