12 And being warned of God in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed into their own country another another way.
5 But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise:
23 But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another: for verily I say unto you, Ye shall not have gone over the cities of Israel, till the Son of man be come.
33 Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.
15 And unto one he gave five talents, talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey.
71 And when he was gone out into the porch, another maid saw him, and said unto them that were there, This fellow was also with Jesus of Nazareth.
38 Then were there two thieves crucified with him, one on the right hand, and another on the left.
12 After After that he appeared in another form unto two of them, as they walked, and went into the country.
6 And it came to pass also on another sabbath, that he entered into the synagogue and taught: and there was a man whose whose right hand was withered.
15 And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, heaven, the shepherds shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.
56 For the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them. And they went to another village.
61 And another also said, Lord, I will follow thee; but let me first go bid them farewell, which are at home at my house.
7 The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while while I am coming, another steppeth down before me.
22 Then the disciples looked one on another, another, doubting of whom he spake.
16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
15 And Simon Peter followed Jesus, and so did another disciple: disciple: that disciple was known unto the high priest, and went in with Jesus into the palace of the high priest.
37 And again another scripture saith, They shall look on him whom they pierced.
6 And when we had taken our leave one of another, we took took ship; and they returned returned home again.
26 And the next day he shewed himself unto them as they strove, and would have set them at one again, saying, Sirs, ye are brethren; why do ye wrong one to another?
17 But he, beckoning unto them with the hand to hold their peace, declared unto them how the Lord had brought him out of the prison. And he said, Go shew these things unto James, and to the brethren. And he departed, and went into another place.
34 And some cried one thing, some another, among the multitude: and when he could not know the certainty for the tumult, he commanded him to be carried into the castle.
4 Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.
27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
5 So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.
7 Wherefore receive ye one another, as as Christ also received us to the glory of God.
21 Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?
10 Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;
16 Be of the same mind one toward another. another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.
19 Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.
6 And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think of men above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another.
33 Wherefore, my brethren, when ye come together to eat, tarry one for another.
6 I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:
4 But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.
13 For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.
32 And be ye kind one to another, another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
9 Lie not one to another, another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds;
9 But as touching brotherly love ye need need not that I write unto you: for ye yourselves are taught of God to love one another.
12 And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you:
11 Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.
6 As he saith also in another place, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.
24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
12 There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?
9 Use hospitality one to another another without grudging.
22 Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:
10 As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.

Preposition

a primary preposition; to or into (indicating the point reached or entered), of place, time, or (figuratively) purpose (result, etc.); also in adverbial phrases:--(abundant-)ly, against, among, as, at, (back-)ward, before, by, concerning, + continual, + far more exceeding, for (intent, purpose), fore, + forth, in (among, at, unto, -so much that, -to), to the intent that, + of one mind, + never, of, (up-)on, + perish, + set at one again, (so) that, therefore(-unto), throughout, til, to (be, the end, -ward), (here-)until(-to), ...ward, (where-)fore, with. Often used in composition with the same general import, but only with verbs (etc.) expressing motion (literally or figuratively).

  1. into, unto, to, towards, for, among
"For" (as used in Acts 2:38 "for the forgiveness...") could have twomeanings. If you saw a poster saying "Jesse James wanted forrobbery", "for" could mean Jesse is wanted so he can commit arobbery, or is wanted because he has committed a robbery. The latersense is the correct one. So too in this passage, the word "for"signifies an action in the past. Otherwise, it would violate theentire tenor of the NT teaching on salvation by grace and not by works.
