4 Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias.
4 Saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? see thou to that.
31 And the multitude rebuked them, because they should hold their peace: but they cried the more, saying, Have mercy on us, O Lord, thou Son of David.
3 Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him.
6 But and if we say, Of men; all the people will stone us: for they be persuaded that John was a prophet.
14 But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over us.
39 And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him, saying, If thou be Christ, save thyself and us.
4 And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us.
1 And it came to pass, that after we were gotten from them, and had launched, we came with a straight course unto Coos, and the day following unto Rhodes, and from thence unto Patara:
5 And when we had accomplished those days, we departed and went our way; and they all brought us on our way, with wives and children, till we were out of the city: and we kneeled down down on the shore, and prayed.
1 And when it was determined that we should sail into Italy, they delivered delivered Paul and certain other prisoners unto one named Julius, a centurion of Augustus' band.
7 And when we had sailed slowly slowly many days, and scarce were come over against Cnidus, the wind not suffering us, we sailed under Crete, over against Salmone;
2 And the barbarous people shewed us no little kindness: for they kindled a fire, and received us every one, because of the present rain, and because of the cold.
27 But he that did his neighbour wrong thrust him away, saying, Who made thee a ruler and a judge over us?
15 And as I began to speak, the Holy Ghost fell on them, as as on us at the beginning.
11 And when the people saw what Paul had done, they lifted up their voices, saying in the speech of Lycaonia, The gods are come down to us in the likeness of men.
10 And after he had seen the vision, immediately we endeavoured to go into Macedonia, assuredly gathering that the Lord had called us for to preach the gospel unto them.
15 And when she was baptized, and her household, she besought us, saying, If ye have judged me to be faithful to the Lord, come into my house, and abide there. And she constrained us.
37 But Paul said unto them, They have beaten us openly uncondemned, being Romans, Romans, and have cast us into prison; and now do they thrust us out privily? nay verily; but let them come themselves and fetch us out.
17 And when we were come to Jerusalem, the brethren received us gladly.
20 And when neither sun nor stars in many days appeared, and no small tempest lay on us, all hope that we should be saved was then taken away.
6 But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.
14 And God hath both raised up the Lord, and will also raise up us by his own power.
21 Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God;
14 Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.
18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
4 And that because of false brethren unawares brought in, who came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage:
6 But now when Timotheus came from you unto us, and brought us good tidings of your faith and charity, and that ye have good remembrance of us always, desiring greatly to see us, as we also to see you:
7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
