4 And some of them believed, and consorted with Paul and Silas; and of the devout Greeks a great multitude, and of the chief women not a few.
7 And when he was come, the Jews which came down from Jerusalem stood round about, and laid many and grievous complaints against Paul, which they could not prove.
43 Now when the congregation was broken up, many of the Jews and religious proselytes followed Paul and Barnabas: who, speaking to them, persuaded them to continue in the grace of God.
35 Paul also and Barnabas continued in Antioch, teaching and preaching the word of the Lord, with many others also.
18 And this did she she many days. But Paul, being grieved, turned and said to the spirit, I command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her. And he came out the same hour.
40 And when he had given him licence, Paul stood on the stairs, and beckoned with the hand unto the people. And when there was made a great silence, he spake unto them in the Hebrew tongue, saying,
28 And the chief captain answered, With a great sum obtained I this freedom. And Paul said, But I was free born.
10 And when there arose a great dissension, the chief captain, fearing lest Paul should have been pulled in pieces of them, commanded the soldiers to go down, and to take him by force from among them, and to bring him into the castle.
10 Then Paul, after that the governor had beckoned unto him to speak, answered, Forasmuch as I know that thou hast been of many years a judge unto this nation, I do the more cheerfully answer for myself:
23 And on the morrow, when Agrippa was come, and Bernice, with great pomp, and was entered into the place of hearing, with the chief captains, and principal principal men of the city, at Festus' commandment Paul was brought forth.
24 And as he thus spake for himself, Festus said with a loud voice, Paul, thou art beside thyself; much learning doth make thee mad. mad.
29 And Paul said, I would would to God, that not only thou, but also all that hear me this day, were both almost, almost, and altogether altogether such as I am, except these bonds.
21 But after long abstinence abstinence Paul stood forth in the midst of them, and said, Sirs, Sirs, ye should should have hearkened unto me, and not have loosed from Crete, and to have gained this harm and loss.
