1 And it came to pass, that when Jesus had finished these sayings, he departed from Galilee, and came into the coasts of Judaea beyond Jordan;
1 And it came to pass, when Jesus had finished all these sayings, he said unto his disciples,
11 But he said unto them, All men cannot receive this saying, save they to whom it is given.
24 And Jesus answered and said unto them, I also will ask you one thing, which if ye tell me, I in like wise will tell you by what authority I do these things.
15 Then went the Pharisees, and took counsel how they might entangle him in his talk.
46 And no man was able to answer him a word, neither durst any man from that day forth ask him any more questions.
35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
44 And he left them, and went away again, and prayed prayed the third time, saying the same words.
29 And Jesus answered and said unto them, I will also ask of you one question, and answer me, and I will tell you by what authority I do these things.
13 And they send unto him certain of the Pharisees and of the Herodians, to catch him in his words.

9 That the saying might be fulfilled, which he spake, spake, Of them which thou gavest me have I lost none.
8 When Pilate therefore heard that saying, he was the more afraid;
36 What manner of saying is this that he said, Ye shall seek me, and shall not find me: and where I am, thither ye cannot cannot come?
31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;
37 I know that ye are Abraham's seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you.
43 Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot cannot hear my word.
51 Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall never never never see death.
52 Then said the Jews unto him, Now we know that thou hast a devil. Abraham is dead, and the prophets; and thou sayest, If a man keep my saying, he shall never never never taste of death.
55 Yet ye have not known him; but I know him: and if I should say, say, I know him not, I shall be a liar like unto you: but I know him, and keep his saying.
35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot cannot be broken;
38 That the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spake, Lord, who hath believed our report? and to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed?
48 He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.
23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.

13 When Pilate therefore heard that saying, he brought Jesus forth, and sat down in the judgment seat in a place that is called the Pavement, but in the Hebrew, Gabbatha.

29 And now, Lord, behold behold their threatenings: and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word,
31 And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.
22 And Moses was learned in all the wisdom of the Egyptians, and was mighty in words and in deeds.
29 Then fled Moses at this saying, and was a stranger in the land of Madian, where he begat two sons.
