1 cor

8 He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the LORD hath spoken it.
4 For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that waiteth for him.
13 And behold joy and gladness, slaying oxen, and killing sheep, eating flesh, and drinking wine: let us eat and drink; for to morrow we shall die.
11 For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people.
12 To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear.
14 Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people, even a marvellous work and a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid.
13 Who hath directed the Spirit of the LORD, or being his counsellor hath taught him?
24 But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the LORD.
14 I will ransom them from the power of the grave; I will redeem them from death: O death, I will be thy plagues; O grave, I will be thy destruction: repentance shall be hid from mine eyes.
34 For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor?
9 But as it is written, written, Eye hath not seen, nor nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
9 For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. corn. Doth God take care for oxen?
19 For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.
31 That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.
7 Neither be ye idolaters, as were some of them; as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.
16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.
19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.
20 And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain.
16 What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one one flesh.
20 But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.
26 For the earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof.
21 In the law it is written, written, With men of other tongues and other other lips will I speak unto this people; and yet for all that will they not hear me, saith the Lord.
25 For he must reign, till he hath put put all enemies under his feet.
27 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him.
32 If after the manner of men I have fought with beasts at Ephesus, what advantageth it me, if the dead rise not? let us eat and drink; for to morrow we die.
45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.
54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
17 But he that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.
18 For the scripture saith, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his reward.
