9 The same heard Paul speak: who stedfastly beholding him, and perceiving that he had faith to be healed,
3 Opening and alleging, that Christ must needs have suffered, and risen again from the dead; and that this Jesus, whom I preach unto you, is Christ.
17 And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost.
20 And after that he gave unto them judges about the space of four hundred and fifty years, until Samuel the prophet.
10 And after he had seen the vision, immediately we endeavoured to go into Macedonia, assuredly gathering that the Lord had called us for to preach the gospel unto them.
13 But when the Jews of Thessalonica had knowledge that the word of God was preached of Paul at Berea, they came thither also, and stirred up the people.
22 Then Paul stood in the midst of Mars' hill, and said, Ye men of Athens, I perceive that in all things ye are too superstitious.
16 And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.
25 Whom he called together with the workmen of like occupation, and said, Sirs, ye know that by this craft we have our wealth.
34 But when they knew that he was a Jew, all all with one voice about the space of two hours cried out, Great is Diana of the Ephesians.
35 And when the townclerk had appeased the people, he said, Ye men of Ephesus, what what man is there that knoweth not how that the city of the Ephesians is a worshipper of the great goddess Diana, and of the image which fell down from Jupiter?
18 And when they were come to him, he said unto them, Ye know, from the first day that I came into Asia, after what manner I have been with you at all seasons,
25 And now, behold, I know that ye all, among whom I have gone preaching the kingdom of God, shall see my face no more.
38 Sorrowing most of all for the words which he spake, that they should see his face no more. And they accompanied him unto the ship.
11 And when he was come unto us, us, he took Paul's girdle, and bound his own hands and feet, and said, Thus saith the Holy Ghost, So shall the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man that owneth this girdle, and shall deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles.
23 Do therefore this that we say to thee: We have four men which have a vow on them;
24 Them take, and purify thyself with them, and be at charges with them, that they may shave their heads: and all may know that those things, whereof they were informed concerning thee, are nothing; but that thou thyself also walkest orderly, and keepest the law.
26 Then Paul took the men, and the next day purifying himself with them entered into the temple, to signify the accomplishment of the days of purification, until that an offering should be offered for every one of them.
29 For they had seen before with him in the city Trophimus an Ephesian, whom they supposed that Paul had brought into the temple.
11 And when I could not see for the glory of that light, being led by the hand of them that were with me, I came into Damascus.
24 The chief captain commanded him to be brought into the castle, and bade that he should be examined by scourging; that he might know wherefore wherefore they cried so against him.
15 Now therefore ye with the council signify to the chief captain that he bring him down unto you to morrow, as though ye would enquire something more perfectly concerning him: and we, or ever he come near, are ready to kill him.
19 Then the chief captain took him by the hand, and went with him aside privately, privately, and asked him, What is that thou hast to tell me?
20 And he said, said, The Jews have agreed to desire thee that thou wouldest bring down Paul to morrow into the council, as though they would enquire somewhat of him more perfectly.
16 To whom I answered, answered, It is not the manner of the Romans to deliver any man to die, before that he which is accused have the accusers face to face, face, face, and have licence to answer for himself concerning the crime laid against him.
26 Of whom I have no certain thing to write unto my lord. Wherefore I have brought him forth before you, and specially before thee, O king Agrippa, that, after examination had, I might have somewhat to write.
25 Wherefore, sirs, be of good cheer: for I believe God, that it shall be even even as it was told me.
19 But when the Jews spake against it, I was constrained to appeal unto Caesar; not that I had ought to accuse my nation of.
22 But we desire to hear of thee what thou thinkest: for as concerning concerning this sect, we know know that every where it is spoken against.
9 For I think that God hath set forth us the apostles last, as it were appointed to death: for we are made a spectacle unto the world, and to angels, and to men.
5 I speak to your shame. shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between between his brethren?
9 For I am the least of the apostles, that am not meet to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.
30 For if I by grace be a partaker, why am I evil spoken of for that for which I give thanks?
10 Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will will yet deliver us;
4 How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter.
23 But they had heard only, That he which persecuted us in times past now preacheth the faith which once he destroyed.
5 For this ye know, know, that no no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.
15 See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,
8 Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,
15 That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;
12 For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.
5 For this cause left I thee in Crete, that thou shouldest set in order the things that are wanting, and ordain elders in every city, as I had appointed thee:
13 This witness is true. Wherefore Wherefore Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith;
17 Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.
