16 For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!
17 For thou verily givest thanks well, but the other is not edified.

8 For from you sounded out the word of the Lord not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but also in every place your faith to God-ward is spread abroad; so that we need not not to speak any thing.
3 For our exhortation was not of deceit, nor of uncleanness, nor in guile:
1 For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year year continually continually make the comers thereunto perfect.
6 In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure.
8 Above when he said, said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law;
7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?
11 For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,
10 For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.
2 For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body.
23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;
9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot cannot sin, because he is born of God.
2 Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.
6 And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, therein, that there should be time no longer:
5 And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.
