7 And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached unto them, ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight.
7 And I fell unto the ground, and heard a voice saying unto me, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?
8 And I answered, Who art thou, Lord? And he said unto me, I am Jesus of Nazareth, whom thou persecutest.
5 Then said Paul, I wist not, brethren, that he was the high priest: for it is written, Thou shalt not speak evil of the ruler of thy people.
3 We accept it always, and in all places, most noble Felix, with all thankfulness.
21 Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.
35 I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.
11 And when he was come unto us, us, he took Paul's girdle, and bound his own hands and feet, and said, Thus saith the Holy Ghost, So shall the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man that owneth this girdle, and shall deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles.
18 And the day following Paul went in with us unto James; and all the elders were present.
20 And when they heard it, they glorified the Lord, and said unto him, Thou seest, brother, how many thousands of Jews there are which believe; and they are all zealous of the law:
30 And all the city was moved, and the people ran together: together: and they took Paul, and drew him out of the temple: and forthwith the doors were shut.
37 And as Paul was to be led into the castle, he said unto the chief captain, May May I speak speak unto thee? Who said, Canst thou speak Greek?
28 And the chief captain answered, With a great sum obtained I this freedom. And Paul said, But I was free born.
10 And when there arose a great dissension, the chief captain, fearing lest Paul should have been pulled in pieces of them, commanded the soldiers to go down, and to take him by force from among them, and to bring him into the castle.
24 And provide them beasts, that they may set Paul on, and bring him safe unto Felix the governor.
35 I will hear thee, said he, when thine accusers are also come. And he commanded him to be kept in Herod's judgment hall.
15 And have hope toward God, which they themselves also allow, that there shall be be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust.
23 And he commanded a centurion to keep Paul, and to let him have liberty, and that he should forbid none of his acquaintance to minister or come unto him.
27 But after two years Porcius Festus came into Felix' room: and Felix, willing to shew the Jews a pleasure, left Paul bound.
7 What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.
16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
8 For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or or die, we are the Lord's.
12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
26 But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith:
